- Panaskan ovem suhu 180°c atau api sedang klo pakai otang.

- Masukkan campuran tepung aduk perlahan hingga tercampur rata,ngaduknya pelan saja dan sebentar saja,jangan terlalu lama,kalau over mix nanti jadi bantat.
- Masukkan sebagian choco chips aduk sebentar dan tuang kedalam cup muffin 3/4 penuh,taburi choco chips.
- Lalu oven selama 25 menit api bawah,5 menit api atas,krn saya pakai otang 25 menit rak tengah,5 menit rak atas,atau sesuaikan dengan oven masing²,gak ada oven boleh dikukus ya,api sedang saja.
- Setelah matang angkat dan siap di sajikan,super duper gampang dan tetap enak.
- Note :Jenis pisang di sesuaikan dengan selera,gak ada margarin/butter boleh pakai full minyak goreng/ susu cair sejumlah takaran resep,kalau santan blm pernah nyoba jd gak berani saranin.
