Chocolate Baklava. I've been cooking for years, and baklava remains a favorite. Most folks find one piece of this rich dessert very satisfying, so this recipe feeds many people. This Chocolate Baklava is one of my favorite desserts.
It involves a little work, so I make this for very special occasions. Chef Way Ana Sortun's pastry chef, Maura Kilpatrick, adds cinnamon and cocoa nibs to the syrup that soaks her chocolate baklava. - >> Dark Chocolate Filling : panaskan air dan margarin, gula pasir hingga mencair tambahkan dark Chocolate. Tambahkan tepung dan maizena.
- >> Finishing : bentuk puff Pastry sesuai selera buat dua lapis isikan dengan isian dark Chocolate Filling tutup dengan puff Pastry lagi oven hingga matang, sisihkan.
- Dark Sponge beri Filling Chocolate pasta tumpuk puff yang sudah matang. Decor sesuai selera.
