- Letakkan potongan daging ayam diantara plastik wrap supaya memudahkan, pipihkan daging ayam menggunakan penumbuk daging, berhubung saya tidak punya meat pounder jadi pakai rolling pin kayu, butuh kesabaran & tenaga ekstra ya untuk menumbuknya😉😁, pipihkan daging setipis mungkin supaya mudah menggulungnya👍.
- Buka plastik lapisan atas dengan lembut kemudian taruh 1 lbr smoke beef & keju mozarella secukupnya.
- Gulung daging sambil ditekan2 ujungnya supaya padat & menempel & bungkus dengan plastik wrap tadi diamkan sebentar.
- Siapkan dalam 3 wadah untuk telur, tepung terigu, tepung roti, telur dikocok lepas & beri sedikit garam & lada.. gulung pertama dalam tepung terigu & tepuk2 daging untuk membuang kelebihan tepung.
- Gulung ke kocokan telur & terakhir dalam tepung roti.
- Simpan gulungan daging dalam kulkas +/- 30 menit, jika mau langsung digoreng juga boleh😊.
- Panaskan minyak & goreng dengan api sedang sampai kecoklatan, angkat & tiriskan sebentar, chicken cordon bleu siap disantap, bisa ditambahkan dengan french fries & salad sayuran😋👍.
